Harlsan Wear Bends
The Harlsan wearbend is an extremely wear resistant head-top sample deflection wearbend. It is designed to outperform and replace other types of wearbends and tile boxes in high pressure and abrasive RC hammer drilling environments. The wearbend has replaceable tungsten carbide internal components and has a proven reputation for outlasting other sample deflection systems.
The main wear component of the Harlsan wearbend is the extremely wear resistant tungsten wear plate. This is positioned under the bolted flange on the elbow of the Harlsan Wearbend. The plate is designed to withstand the highly abrasive conditions often associated with RC hammer drilling.
A secondary wear resistant tungsten discharge insert is positioned under the bolted flange, in the discharge of the Harlsan Wearbend. The discharge insert substantially reduces abrasive wear from the redirected sample in the sample discharge port of the wear bend.
