Harlsan Blow Downs
Blow downs are extremely useful for lifting efficiency and reducing downtime in RC exploration and grade control drilling. They can be used in either hammer or, air core drilling applications where uses include:
Clearance of rod string blockages – Clears blockages by enabling a reverse blast of compressed air to be pulsed down the sample rod string;
Improving grade control – Significantly improves rod string extraction by back flushing drilling residues clear of completed sample holes prior to extraction.
Lifting sample purity – Improves sampling purity through back flushing of the rod string between samples.
Clearing bit face blockages – Enables DTH back flushing and cleaning of the bit face
